Great location in Seelbach 👍🏻—spacious grounds with a drive-in area, fire pit, plenty of seating, sun & shade, and a trampoline—it’s the perfect place to relax! 🏕️ Due to bad weather, we set up our tent right next to our Caddy behind the barn, and the outdoor office worked out great, too. 😁 Host Peter is especially friendly, humorous, and helpful—great food recommendations—it’s wonderful when everything goes so smoothly and easily! Thank you so much, and we’ll see you again! 😃

Peter is a really nice guy, and the campsite is in an idyllic location. The cat likes to stop by for a visit and loves to be petted.😊
A great place to spend the first night of the season. Communication with Peter was excellent—unfortunately, we didn’t get to meet in person, but I really enjoyed our stay. The property is beautifully tucked away with a lovely garden, and Luna, the dog, had a wonderful time too. We felt very welcome and would happily recommend it to others.
The perfect place to start the camping season. Generally quiet and idyllic, and in summer you can hardly hear the adjacent road through the trees. Very nice and helpful host. I will definitely be back!

We had a great weekend, the communication was good and the site is in a nice quiet location. The children had a great time in the nearby playground and marveled at the barn rabbits. A walk along the Wied hiking trail is also worthwhile. We will definitely be back again.
Pitch is super nice, very quiet, perfect for a relaxing weekend. Great hiking trails are right nearby. Peter is super nice and always on hand if anything happened. We would love to come back :)

Very quiet and beautifully landscaped grounds - four-wheel drive is an advantage in the rain, but not essential. Peter is very open-minded and welcoming - we would be happy to return any time.

The name says it all: this really is a beautifully situated and even more beautifully laid out site. And Peter is extremely friendly and helpful. We felt completely at home! You can hear the road quite well, especially the motorcycles - but that didn't bother us and it's very quiet at night!

A beautiful place in a meadow orchard in the making! We found Peter to be very pleasant and uncomplicated. The surrounding area is great for hiking/walking. Breakfast in the sun is also no problem, but in summer there is also enough shade. We would love to come back :)
The place is a dream, Peter is super friendly and helpful. We were there with our VW bus and roof tent. Table & chairs are available. You can park in the shade and sit in the sun thanks to the tall trees at the edge of the site. We'll be doing this again soon....

We were more or less just passing through. Peter wasn't there himself, but he made everything really easy and nice for us. The site is super nice! Very quiet, surrounded by greenery, no light pollution.
Peter and his son are very nice hosts who are always ready to help. The place is designed with a lot of love. We would love to come back.
The property and Peter's pitch are a dream. He has lovingly created a wonderful oasis of peace here. Secluded in the pure nature of the Westerwald, you can really relax. We would love to come back :)

Super place with great host family, there was even fresh breakfast eggs from the farm chickens in the morning. Tip: Peter's advice to stay on the gravel road, otherwise you run the risk of getting stuck. Will definitely come back again!
We spent our first weekend in a backcountry camp with Peter, a very sympathetic and attentive host. The Happy place lives up to its name and you enjoy a quiet pitch in an idyllic garden with beautiful sunsets and birdsong. The site is located behind a barn that is no longer in operation and after a short consultation on site, we were also allowed to use a small bathroom (with shower) in the residential building. We felt very comfortable with Peter and his family and will be happy to come back again!
A quiet, beautiful place on the outskirts of the village with many opportunities for walks. We were welcomed by a nice, uncomplicated host, the road running below is hardly used at night and not disturbing. If you are looking for peace and quiet and a place to spend the night away from the hustle and bustle, this is the place for you.

Thank you for a wonderfully relaxing night for our family of 4 plus dog and the warm and uncomplicated hospitality. The pitch is almost a bit more beautiful than described, everything has fit super and we felt very comfortable. We are very happy to come back!
Exactly as found in the reviews before us and spent a relaxing father-and-son weekend. Add the tip to make the short walk to the Nostalgia Café in Seyen: very tasty, substantial cakes! If the opportunity arises, we will come there again!
We have been warmly welcomed by the host. The place is really beautiful and very quiet. We felt very comfortable there and very much want to come back. We thank Peter for making this place available.
Our visit to the beautiful 'better place' was really wonderful. The place is located on a meadow behind the actual residential building and is surrounded by trees and fields. The host Peter is really very friendly and accommodating, as well as his family whole family. We will be happy to come back again :)
Very nice place. You stand behind an unused barn at a reasonable distance from the house. The site is level, there is a fireplace, chairs, table and some trees that provide shade in the morning. Nice, easy going host. Great area for biking (lots of paved bike paths) and hiking. I felt very comfortable, could relax to the maximum in 2 days and will be happy to come back.
Who wants to come down goes to Peter's meadow in the Westerwald. Quiet and idyllic location - take a deep breath. Very nice host.
Great spot in the middle of nature, just let your soul dangle. Peter is a warm, uncomplicated host. Man and animal are welcome. Worthwhile!

A beautiful oasis with super nice host in the middle of nature! Electricity, bathroom, campfire site with swivel grill available. Highly recommended!
