Our guest cancelled on the same day, so she could not take the opportunity to cancel herself. She wrote to us in the hope to refund her amount. But this is exactly where the cancellation option via the platform comes in. Henrike is certainly a whole dear, however, I could have said it more accurately if she had visited us as a guest. .
