This pitch was ideally located and very friendly. Breakfast was super tasty, a fire crackled in the stove in the sauna at just the right time: wonderful!
Our very first Hinterland experience and then such a gem. A tranquil place to escape to. Spacious, individual pitches, great surroundings inside and out - large terrace, great lounge, outdoor kitchen, table tennis table, playground. In the morning, you can order fresh bread rolls or a full breakfast with regional products. There are cool drinks around the clock and a small farm store. The hosts are very friendly and the atmosphere is uncomplicated and relaxed. We will definitely be back and hope for better weather.
Very nice, large space with lots of greenery around it. Ideal for children, as there is an indoor and outdoor playground and a great play area. It is advisable to pack mosquito spray. Breakfast very tasty, lovingly prepared and high quality, but could have eaten even more 😄 15€ per person and children pay 1€ per age.

We spent 5 lovely days at the Schafshof. There is a spacious lounge, which is invaluable in bad weather! A fridge and mini kitchen are also available.
A really great farm! We spent a wonderful long weekend there with our two children. The children had lots of fun in the playground, we had a great breakfast and the sanitary facilities were clean! We will definitely be back soon!

We were at the BioGut farm in January with a camping bus. We were warmly welcomed and it was a great weekend. The wood-fired sauna was definitely the highlight.

The farm is a great place and Holger is super nice and helpful. We arrived by train and he even offered to pick us up from the station ❤️ The breakfast is great and the meadow for camping is beautiful. Wake up with a view of sheep, chickens and ducks! We would love to come back.

Holger's Schafhof exceeded our expectations. The location is idyllic in the meadow, all the necessary facilities are available and on top of that there is a great playground for the kids and lots of animals. The breakfast is also highly recommended. Thank you for the lovely stay, we would have liked to stay longer.

It was a wonderful vacation on Rügen and the place in Saalkow/Gustow was perfect. Each of the guests had their own realm and enough space and privacy. The infrastructure and service were excellent. The people are really nice, uncomplicated and helpful. We were there with the camper van and a car to explore this huge island. There are breathtaking sunsets here for free. We would love to come back. Highly recommended.

Fantastic farm in the south of Rügen - a car/bicycle is a must if you want to explore other places in the area. The pitches are all far away from each other and you can totally switch off. All the staff on site are extremely helpful and very friendly. The breakfast and lounge area are a dream. The sanitary facilities are also clean and well maintained. Simply wonderful! Super lovely people, fantastic surroundings and a great place to really switch off. Everything the children need and the quark at breakfast is absolutely amazing! Total relaxation. Toilet, shower, kitchen in central location and everything clean. Electricity for a fee. Don't just rely on Google for navigation, otherwise you'll take impossible routes.
Really, really nice! It was very relaxing. We could choose our own place to stand, on a great meadow between different trees. We were visited daily by the hen with her 5 chicks, the lovely, quiet farm dog and a group of running ducks. WC/shower/electricity all present. There is a small covered outdoor kitchen with 2 hotplates and a fridge, also suitable for washing up. There is a large common room which is open 24 hours a day. During heavy rain or thunderstorms we could sit there and meet other guests. We rented bicycles and explored the surrounding area. Great! We will recommend the place to others.
We liked it very much, lovingly restored farm, delicious breakfast, uncomplicated check-in and friendly welcome by the farm dog 🙂 very quiet and peaceful - don't take the shortest route on Google via Jarkvitz to the farm, but via Gustow 😉
We spontaneously asked Holger for a place for 1 night. A great welcome on a beautiful farm. It couldn't be more idyllic. 🥰 We will definitely be back.
We were there for 1 night in May/June 2024. Totally beautiful place. Very nice landlord with very impressive inclusion project.
It was simply wonderful at Schafhof Saalkow with all the kind spirits (staff 😉) and of course Holger! We had a fantastic pitch on the meadow behind the house - only the occasional "IA" from the donkeys, ducks chattering, birds twittering or the call of an owl broke the silence. The toilets and washrooms are simple but clean. A modern shower invites you to take a long shower! Electricity and a washing machine are available and there are drinks with a trust fund in the common room. We can really recommend everyone to visit this wonderful place of peace and encounter. Our country needs more people with Holger's energy and the courage to change things, to make the world a little bit more beautiful and to really live integration. Thank you to the whole team for allowing us to spend such a wonderful time with you 🥰 PS: Don't choose the shortest, quickest route in the sat nav - it's better to drive to Samtens and then via Posseritz and Gustow to the farm. Otherwise the access road leads over an unpleasant dirt road!!!
Visions come true in this place. Nature, people and animals are the focus here. We really enjoyed the place: grazing sheep, sunset ... and in bad weather you have the opportunity to stay in the restored building. A very nice pitch with a view of the sheep pasture. The sanitary facilities and the washing-up area are simple, but completely adequate and clean. We didn't arrive until 5.30 pm, the registration desk was closed and no one could be reached by phone at first. However, we were called back. Contact with the hosts was somewhat difficult. However, this may also have been due to the bad weather. It would be helpful if there was a notice at the front door telling you where you can stand and where to find what you need. You don't want to overstretch the hospitality and walk around haphazardly on someone else's property.

A beautiful, quiet place with everything you need. Very clean and well-kept, incredibly nice people and the history of this place is incredibly interesting. Perfect for switching off. My daughter and I are thrilled and will definitely be back.

A really nice place, with a great overall concept! We have felt comfortable all around. On the electricity flat rate should be pointed out. (but is not a hindrance, you just have to know.) We come back with pleasure.

A very special pitch. Wonderful in the green, animals, fruit trees and wide fields. The sauna was a treat, the evening sun the dream and on the site plenty of space for every pitch desire. By bike to Stralsund, what more could you want. And then still an inclusive project! Keep it up!

The farm is located in the middle of nowhere and really an oasis. Super nice team, large lounge with bar for bad weather. To Stralsund by bike it is less than half an hour. :) The breakfast was super super delicious. But we like to come back, it was a great vacation. Only criticism: many extra costs (breakfast, WLAN, sauna, ...) hidden, which are not shown in the ad. But is it all worth it, so full satisfaction remains :)
We had a nice place for our tents. All spots have enough space to themselves on the very beautiful and spacious grounds and you can well come to rest. Play area for children and many seating options both indoor and outdoor. The breakfast great and regional, the hostess relaxed and nice.

Beautifully located estate with old shady trees in absolute tranquility. Very very friendly hosts and a fantastic breakfast. Very clean sanitary facilities. Sauna as needed.

We had a wonderful short break in Saalkow, surrounded by very beautiful nature, very open and approachable people and many very relaxed animals. We were even lucky enough to be able to attend the super nice inclusive Keimzeit open air concert. We will definitely come again! The days in Saalkow have really done us a lot of good! Thank you, dear Schafhof team! The next stay is already booked. :)

We are super zufrienden with the pitch on the sheep farm Saalkow been. The great thing is that the place is freely selectable, so we had a pitch with a view of the sunset. The sanitary facilities are also super. The whole farm invites you to a relaxed camping vacation.
This was our 2nd destination from Hinterland. In advance I would like to say that I tend to 3 stars, but that has less to do with the location. The location of the farm is fantastic, absolutely quiet and idyllic. Perfect for children, with many corners to explore. However, you should really have in mind that all around Nix is, and of it quite a lot 😁. The much-praised breakfast was very nicely arranged, but a plate for 2 people not really enough. Also the sanitary facilities were not really clean, several times paper lay on the floor, the toilet seats were not clean and the sinks also not. You should also know beforehand that it is an inclusive business and I clearly missed a contact person without an inclusion background. The manager is super nice, but it's a bit difficult to communicate with the employees outside of normal business matters. And also the manner made me pause once/twice in wonder. Although I consider myself a person without prejudice, I doubted myself there. We stayed there for 3 nights and paid 46 euros in addition to the overnight stay. For what is not so really clear to me ( 3 euros rolls, electricity for 3 nights.....we had, however, no heating on, and the one plate with breakfast), but exactly there I have me from above difficulties with the way then the demand verkniffen. On the whole a beautiful spot , but with cutbacks.
This is a beautiful spot on Rügen - highly recommended. Everything is clean and well maintained. The atmosphere is quite familiar. Here you can relax wonderfully and discover a lot! Thank you for everything

A very quiet place. Who is looking for peace and quiet it is just right. Delicious rolls, lovely breakfast and a great team. For small children optimal. For us it is a bit too remote from the beautiful beaches or other diversions. One moves then but daily the car.

So a beautiful spot earth has been created there. Very nice all there the breakfast mega if not quite cheap but just very nicely done abundant and great also the things from the organic farm tasty have taken us something for home.tasty. The place is tidy and clean and the sanitary facilities OK fits only a pity that there were a few prejudices because of Hinterland book there were probably a few before us not fair.I can only recommend the farm thank you we come again........👍👍👍👍

Actually, I don't write reviews on good places anymore. It has become too crowded everywhere. But this lovingly run farm deserves it. Great breakfast, pleasant people, quiet despite many children in the ratio, old trees and sheep. We will definitely come again. Thank you very much for the nice days. Dirk.
We can only agree with the good reviews. The farm is beautifully located, everything is available and very well maintained. We were there two nights and have also r er once enjoyed the breakfast. But we have to deduct one point because of the exorbitant prices. 2 nights 58€ for the pitch + electricity flat rate 5€ per day + 4x breakfast (adults 3x14€, child 1x6,50€) On the second day we have then ordered only rolls.

We enjoyed the peace and quiet there very much. It was clean and we felt comfortable. The lady at the reception was super nice and helpful. We explored the sights of Rügen from there. We will definitely come back again. I have respect for what they have built there and love what they do for disabled people.
The pitches for the campers on the lawn are, like the whole complex, very nice. The paths to very clean toilet and washing facilities short. The super ratings for the rich breakfast we can only agree. All in all, we spent very nice sunny days and will gladly come back again. Carola and Peter
An idyllic place with extremely friendly and loving hosts. We were also welcomed in the evening with a short and yet very interesting tour. The delicious breakfast is rich and varied prepared from regional or even homemade products. With advance notice, the small sauna is fired up...all in all a place to unwind !!!!
Holger's sheep farm is a truly enchanting, idyllic spot on earth that was obviously created with a lot of heart and soul. It is also impressive that inclusion is lived here very exemplary and successfully. All people on the farm are very cordial and concerned about the well-being of the guests. The good and much praised breakfast of Steffi I have not enjoyed, but many nice conversations with her and her roommate. Thanks for that and sorry again that my dog Yuki did not want to play with your Lotte :-(. There are many great animals on the farm - a paradise for children and adult animal lovers. Rest and relaxation are included - during my stay in June I had as a pitch a large meadow next to the sheep all to myself and my dog. The sanitary facilities are impeccable, clean and accessible around the clock. In short: in this place you just have to feel good. Everything top!!! Many thanks to the entire team - keep up the good work!
We were only for one night the. But this was very relaxing and eventful! We were greeted friendly, had pleasant conversations and a super nice, quiet pitch. There is a drinks and snack bar and who would rather have breakfast alone in the morning can get fresh and homemade rolls! In addition, jam, spread or similar from the small organic store. On the site there is a very relaxed farm dog, donkeys, chickens and sheep, some of which even dare to come close to the fence for photos or even to pet. Overall a beautiful site, with clean sanitary facilities, friendly staff, gorgeous views, lots of peace and quiet and cute animals. Definitely worth a trip!!!

Great place with a view of nature. We have seen kite, stork, crane, deer, hares and foxes. Toilets and showers super clean. Very nice reception with guided tour of the farm and great breakfast. Arrival via Gustow to recommend, the Starße drives with a WoMo quieter. Holger has told a lot about the farm. We felt very comfortable and recommend you very much. Kind regards from Andrea and Markus

A small idyll somewhere in the middle of nowhere. Here you can hear only the roosters and the donkeys otherwise here is absolute silence. We have been taken very nice in Empang and come back for sure. And Steffi....Many thanks for the lovingly arranged breakfast and especially for the homemade rolls!!!!

Absolutely feel-good place with holistic and sustainable concept, led by great people. The delicious breakfast was also prepared vegetarian on request. The farm offers everything you could wish for. Free choice of pitches, plenty of space in the manor house, an outdoor kitchen and a large area where you can move without restrictions. Super Location Super host, Super nice staff As for the pitch ingeniously much space, in bad weather you have the opportunity to sit indoors and compete at the foosball table. Great breakfast even if not quite cheap. Sanitary facilities super clean but only one shower but hello we are on vacation because you have time. We were very satisfied and will come back again. P. S. The site is located in the south of Rügen, Near the bridge to Stralsund, thus not on the typical sandy beaches of the north. Our pitch was assigned to us despite 7 nights at the only entrance / exit, although much quieter places would have been free. The cobblestones there provided additional noise as soon as what drove over it. Unfortunately, there was also only 1 shower each for at least 30 people male/female.
Dear team, a super location with everything you need. We found the concept that is offered great. A special thanks to Steffi, the kitchen fairy, she has supplied us great. Nice is the completely uncomplicated doing and acting, the pitches are completely flexible to use, electricity is sufficient. It is understandable that the supply of gray, black and larger fresh water must be obtained in Stralsund. The only minus is, the existing sanitary facilities are occupied at peak times, since for the men and ladies only 1 shower each is available. For all those who arrive with Wowa is said that you should definitely take the approach via Gustow, otherwise it will be extremely bumpy. Conclusion. Super place, great team, brilliant concept. We will come and recommend you. The Krügis

A very idyllic place where you can certainly come to rest well. We were there only one night, as in transit. If we come again, we know that we can no longer be led by Google over a 4 km long bumpy road.

We had a wonderful time at Biogut Saalkow! Everyone was very friendly and helpful! We had a beautiful pitch under the trees with plenty of space around. The playground was a highlight for our daughter. The lounge is also especially nice with the possibility to buy drinks and snacks on trust. On our last morning we treated ourselves to breakfast, which we found absolutely fine in terms of price. Everything was very tasty and so lovingly arranged. The rolls, which can be ordered separately, tasted very good to us. We also did not get out of the farm store without shopping. Thank you so much for sharing this beautiful place! The farm keeps what it promises. For 8 days we felt extremely comfortable and well taken care of. For children there are plenty of play opportunities and interesting and adorable animals. The team is very friendly and always helpful. Thanks to the breakfast offered, we were able to start each day relaxed. Well-known beaches, such as Binz, can also be reached relatively quickly. We will definitely come again.

A nice farm that invites you to linger with playground equipment for children. And there were even straw bales to be found in the nearby field, so I could finally take my always desired straw bale photo 😄 Stralsund is also easy to reach by car and a great destination for a trip

The organic farm is incredibly beautiful! On the huge property we were allowed to choose a place freely, electricity, sink, toilets, shower, everything there. Everyone on the farm was super helpful and always there when you needed someone. Highly recommended is also the mega country breakfast 😍 at first glance it has a proud price, but it's worth it and is prepared with so much love... we definitely do not regret it instead of only 4 days to have spent a full week there. Always happy to return!

We were for one night on the Duchreise with Holger and Anke and have it there really super found. The two hosts have welcomed us very nice and showed us everything and explained. We had free choice where we wanted to park our camper on the meadow orchard. There is a great restored house, in which there was a cozy and fully equipped kitchen and lounge. In addition, a clean and modern toilet including shower. We were more than satisfied.

The farm is very nice and quiet and we had a very nice pitch. Both the host and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Thank you very much for the nice time. We will definitely come again.
Beautiful farm in the middle of nature! Clean sanitary facilities, everything there what you need. Relaxed pitch directly under the trees & next door the sheep :). Very friendly reception and overall totally uncomplicated and warm! Thanks for the great time! We come again with pleasure.

A beautiful spot from which we explored the island. The pitches offer sufficient distance to the neighbors, so that we felt quite free. The sanitary facilities were clean and sufficient, only the nightly outdoor lighting there could be saved. In any case, a place we can highly recommend. The contact with the hosts was uncomplicated and very friendly. We will definitely come again.

The Schafhof is a great spot where you can definitely find your peace and explore the surroundings. We had a nice stay, a delicious, although as already mentioned, not quite cheap breakfast and were welcomed friendly and open. Our dog also liked it very much. We will definitely come again 😀

A beautiful spot in the middle of fields and forests. We were there with our bus + awning 2 days and have been very warmly welcomed by staff Sandra. The pitches are on a meadow with plenty of space. Electricity, shower , toilet - all available, everything clean and well maintained. A central main house with dining room and toilet is open at all times - good in bad weather. Who wants can also book breakfast. Not quite cheap, but very tasty with many homemade fresh ingredients. An absolute recommendation from us. Thank you very much and we will definitely come again.
Fantastically situated pitches in the spacious estate of the organic farm. Spacious lounge and breakfast/dining room. Breakfast or lunch can be added if needed. Chilled drinks are always available and paid for on a trust basis. We were greeted very warmly and met nice, relaxed people. The lack of disposal facilities for garbage, gray water and toilet should be considered before arrival.
We had 4 super days at the Schafshof.Very nice host.There is a great breakfast to book which is served perfectly by Steffi.The renovated facilities are also super.We will be happy to come back😀 Uta and Mirko

It was just wonderful on the farm. We returned home super happy with our two children. For children it is a paradise: lots of space, a trampoline, a playground, playground equipment (indoors & outdoors), animals and other children. Breakfast was super delicious (even for my fussy son). The hosts were accommodating and always helped when they could. Also, our kids were always welcome. We were able to get half a loaf of bread there even after a miscalculation. We were completely alone on our spot (although there were a few other campers) and quiet with a view of the playground. Couldn't have asked for better. We will definitely be back! Thanks again for a lovely and relaxing weekend.

We had a great time all around! We had a nice quiet place to ourselves and everyone was totally nice and open. We met nice dogs, geese and sheep and ate strawberries from the garden. Also the sanitary facilities were perfect and totally clean.

Unfortunately we had to reschedule our arrival because the ferry trip to Bornholm was moved! Holger was very accommodating and relaxed! The Schafhof is still on our destination wish list

Idyllic farm surrounded by meadows and fields. We were able to look around the farm and choose a pitch. In the morning we bought freshly baked rolls, which were brought to our vehicle - wonderful. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The sanitary facilities were in very good condition and clean!
Wonderful place between fields. Impressive silence. Who is looking for rest and relaxation far from the campsites is here 200% right! Everyone here is super nice and friendly! Sanitary facilities impeccable! Simply beautiful!!!!
Very nice quiet place in the middle of nature. Ideal for bike trips. Very clean sanitary facilities, playground for children, animals, farm store a cafe, etc.. We had a nice short vacation thank you.
A highly recommended site in beautiful surroundings and very sympathetic host. Anyone looking for a quiet oasis will find it here. You can see immediately that a lot of heart and soul is put into it. We saw sheep, geese and the lovely dog Lara. There are also great play opportunities for children. There was delicious cake and the lamb salami I can only recommend to everyone. We felt really comfortable - pure relaxation!
