A very nice campsite, surrounded by nature. Great facilities, immaculately maintained restrooms, and plenty of options for picking up regional delicacies (farm stand, vending machine).
The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The restrooms were very clean, modern, and well-equipped. The grounds offered plenty of things to do. 24/7 vending machines provided us with regional specialties. However, everything came at a price.
The pitch and the sanitary facilities were clean and well maintained. The hosts were very nice. There are good paths for walking and animals to watch.
The BEST part of our tour came at the end ;) A TOP pitch with great, modern toilet facilities, fresh water, gray water sink, etc. Small organic store (the homemade egg liqueur was a dream ;)). Check-in very friendly and informal, including a tour. The wildlife on site a highlight, for children there is a large play area with utensils. New pitches with electricity are being created at the back and a trampoline is being built. Great views of the surrounding area at the back. There is also a room in the main house with a games table etc. We used the bread delivery service, everything worked perfectly. The entire organic farm is well maintained, you can really feel how much work goes into it. We give it 5 bees, we'll be back, we promise! The Franke family from Dresden
Very nice pitch. We were only guests for one night in the Rhön. Sanitary facilities very modern and really very clean. Very nice reception. The kids were able to feed the animals on arrival. Our 5 year old was fascinated by the many large agricultural machines on site.
We were guests of the Hückl family and were totally thrilled. The facilities on the farm were great: lots of animals, a large playground right next to the pitches, bread roll service, farm machinery to marvel at, Kneipp pool, indoor playroom and so on. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. The cleanliness of the wash house and washing up facilities was excellent. There is simply nothing to complain about. We had a really great time. You can camp on the orchard, the pitches by the playground or at the back, where new pitches have been invested in and a water playground is being built. However, I would recommend the site explicitly for families, as most of the bookings in the house and on the campsite are for families and it is naturally more lively than quiet. So if you are looking for seclusion, solitude and peace and quiet, this is not the place for you, but for everyone else I can only warmly recommend it. As a family, we had a great vacation and would love to come back.
A week of pure camping enjoyment - we'll be back! We spent a week with our caravan at the Obstwiese - and rarely have we experienced such a beautiful campsite! Everything was just perfect for us and the children: - Fresh bread rolls every day - Homemade bread twice a week - Clean sanitary facilities with proper towels and child seats in the toilets - Toys for children that are not only available but also really useful - Animals to feed - a highlight for the little ones - The host family is incredibly friendly and helpful - Big tractors to marvel at for little (and big 😉) boys - Vehicle scales for anyone interested in their camper weight - Beautiful sauna with everything that goes with it - Kneipp pool - particularly popular with us - E-bike rental directly on site - 24/7 meat and ice machine - Top modern and very clean sanitary building And best of all: the extension with a great water playground is due to be completed soon - we're excited! We don't really want to say all this... otherwise there might not be room for us next time 😅 Thank you so much for a great time - we'll definitely be back!

The pitch is beautiful, especially the one in the fruit trees. The sanitary facilities are new, modern and clean. The hosts are extremely friendly and helpful. The home-baked bread tastes delicious even after 3 days.
This was our 2nd time in the Rhön and it was great again (as expected). The site on the orchard, where we were allowed to pitch our tent, is beautiful and nicely shaded by the fruit trees. The operators are super nice, well organized and helpful. There are also many amenities such as a farm store, bread roll service, chilled drinks and an ice machine. Everything is very well thought out. This definitely gives us 5 thumbs up and we would be happy to come back a third time. :-)
We were allowed to choose the place and had a great stay. The hosts were always on hand with help and advice, were always friendly and very flexible. We would love to come back next year!
Absolutely recommendable! We stayed at the Hückl farm over Carnival and it was just perfect! The welcome was very warm and we were shown everything in peace and quiet. Our pitch was right next to the pony and alpaca enclosure with a view of the countryside. We were impressed by the great sanitary facilities and the sauna was also really good. For the boys (9, 13) there was a trampoline, a table tennis table and a table football table. Of course, we gladly accepted the offer to visit the biogas plant. The senior boss explained everything to us with great enthusiasm and passion. The farm store and the vending machines are also just great. All in all, absolutely recommended, total relaxation and the perfect starting point for great hikes.
Super-friendly hosts and a great place with all the trimmings. The shower, WC and dishwashing facilities are top class. Everything is very well maintained. A big thank you to our hosts, also for the breakfast roll service. We would love to come back.

The site was very well maintained and the wash house is very clean. Overall, we spent two relaxing nights. The hosts are very nice and accommodating. Our children, aged 9 and 11, had a lot of fun. Especially the ice cream machine and the trampoline.
It is a very nice place and overall a very well maintained facility. Everything is clean and the shower is better than in most hotels! We were allowed to stand in the orchard right in front of the chickens. Many thanks for the hospitality!

It is a very nice place, the animals to watch right nearby. The sanitary facilities are great and everyone is very friendly. We were only there for one night, but will definitely be back again!
Our pitch was between three others in a row and was very spacious. If the official campsite is full, you can still find a place on a meadow between the fruit trees for a short stopover. The new modern sanitary facilities are directly at the campsite and can be used by guests with a chip card. Fresh water, garbage disposal, as well as gray and black water disposal are within walking distance. For family fun provides not only the large playground with trampoline and co, but also the animals such as alpacas and ponies. For a relaxing evening you can use the sauna in the guest house for a small fee.
Super nice place with lots of green. The sanitary facilities are very clean and modern. If you want, you can enjoy the delicious breakfast in the guest house.

Very nice pitch with everything you could wish for. Great playground for the kids, pony riding was also possible. Every morning fresh delicious rolls, but you could also go in the house for breakfast, all very tasty. Even a small farm store was there and we could buy fresh eggs, jam and freshly baked bread. Super nice host family.
We spent a super weekend at the camper site at the Weihersmühle. Very, very nice hosts! Absolutely new and perfect sanitary facilities in a brand new building. Great environment for hiking and biking. We will definitely be back! Thanks to Fladungen to family Hückl!
Such a beautiful place with wonderful hosts. The new toilet and shower blocks are also finished now and look great. Unfortunately we couldn't use them anymore because we had to leave today. But we will definitely be back!
Very nice pitch on the farm with everything you need. Very nice operators. Delicious rolls in the morning. Perfect if you have small children, as there are all kinds of play opportunities and lots of animals.
A uniquely great pitch for our Bulli, family business, always friendly and helpful ladies (and gentlemen), great breakfast, very nice "wellness oasis" with sauna for rent, farm store with great bread, everything very well thought out, 20 minutes walk to Fladungen, very tasty food in the "Krone". Highly recommended! We will come again!
The whole team of the large farm is very concerned that each guest is well. We have used the complete service (pitch, breakfast and farm store) and can only report positive and will be happy to come back.

From arrival to departure everything is fine. And in between you have to experience for yourself. The family does a lot to make your stay as pleasant as possible. We always felt welcome and always had a contact person. You stand on a small meadow on the edge of the farm with a view of the meadow orchard where alpacas and ponies graze. The farm is located just outside the village and you can go hiking and biking from there. Foodbox with regional products and an icebox are available 7x24 hrs. Shore power connection, fresh water, black water - and gray water disposal ... everything is possible. Thank you for a great time and we will be back. Oliver & Sabine

A great, very quiet pitch in nature, family business with nice hosts, uncomplicated, very thoughtful overall concept, very good breakfast. We felt very comfortable and will certainly come again (this time for longer).

Very nice host and a beautiful place where we lacked nothing. Were traveling with the roof tent and had a nice shady place under trees. Shower and toilet super clean(still in the main house), vending machine with drinks, ice cream and a few regional treats for the grill and a small farm store. Thank you for the beautiful days
Good, quiet and also windy location. Very clean facility and surroundings. Nice and very helpful owners. Many offers for leisure activities also and especially for children. Numerous resting places on the meadow area. Unfortunately, the sanitary area intended for the pitches is not yet finished, so you have to walk about 150 m into the main building (but lit at night), but there into the basement, for people with walking difficulties a little difficult to reach the toilet and shower. The in-house Wlan connection is not (yet) that to the pitches. Wide range of organic products in the mill store or vending machines.
Idyllically located quiet place with full facilities in great nature with great operators and very child-friendly laid out. There is even a breakfast in the associated pension. Really well done. Thanks for this LG from Tine&Frank Jansen from Jütrichau.
Lovely reception,in between was always asked if everything is right. Very neat outdoor area and very clean in the house and toilet or shower area.We were totally thrilled by the breakfast buffet such as homemade bread,homemade apple juice and 5 different homemade jams. Gladly we come again, everyone is warmly received on this farm.
We were very nicely welcomed to this great place with a view of the ponies and alpacas. Unfortunately we could only stay one day/night. We would have otherwise gladly stayed longer, as there is really a lot to see. Can only recommend.
