A wonderful place. Very quiet! The hosts are friendly and very helpful. The toilets are clean. Horses, cats chickens and ostrich were all there! A small farm store with meat, sausage and eggs is available. Gladly again!

The pitch is quiet and idyllic. There are two guest toilets with wash basin and power supply. The small farm store is lush with various goodies. We liked the ostrich farm very much. Especially the kittens have enchanted our children. We had a very nice stay. We thank you!
Very nice and smooth communication in advance. The pitch was super nice and well maintained, located directly on a paddock. The ostriches are exciting animals and the small farm store offers delicious and beautiful from the ostrich. The highlight for our two daughters were the kittens 😍super sweet and playful. The hosts were very nice as well as uncomplicated and the location was super for our purposes. We had a quiet meadow with water and electricity . We would come again, just for the lake which is not far away and looks inviting - unfortunately we had bad luck with the weather.
Very uncomplicated and friendly host. Who likes it quiet is exactly right here. Very nice also the bathing lake in 500 m distance.

Very nice host! We have stood on a beautiful meadow at the paddock. In the farm store we bought delicious sausage and eggs for breakfast and in the evening there were even ice cubes for the drink 🍹. The toilets were clean and right around the corner! Tip 5 minutes by bike is a small seaside resort with everything it needs on a hot day 🍦🛝☀️🏊♂️
We were completely satisfied! A very well maintained farm. Everything clean, everything neat. Nice hosts! The ostrich steak and fillet were super tasty.

Dear Ramona and Marcus, Thank you very much for your hospitality. Great and very quiet location, everything you need and for animal-loving children a paradise - besides the ostriches there are cats and horses and everything explained and to "touch". Nice that there are such small pitches and gladly again.
We were there for one night passing through. It is a nice, quiet place. Electricity directly at the site, the toilets clean and tidy. We felt comfortable, a beautiful spot.

Very nice, quiet place in unusual neighborhood (ostrich). Reception was warm and uncomplicated. Good starting point for hikes / bike tours. Gladly again.
We met here a very nice host family who brought us great experience days. The animation team on velvet paws was also first class. The area is also very good for short trips such as Wasserburg am Inn, Burghausen or the Chiemsee. Bonus was of course the offer around the ostrich in a 24 h farm shop cottage. Absolutely an option for the decelerated vacation. The 2 toilet cabins with small washbasin are sufficient and very neat, we had at the meadow a power connection - possibility (cable drum not forgotten!) and a hose for cold water. We had some nice days - gladly again.
Marcus and Ramona have a nice pitch on their farm in the middle of nature. The ostriches, horses and cats are very cute and the farm store is well stocked. We have twice made campfires and once grilled. It was a great stay we would come back anytime.
We were on site for three nights at Easter, it was a very nice experience: Quiet, nice people, toilet and electricity available - only at night it was still frosty and so our first WW vacation was also an experience with winter camping...
We were one night passing through and found the farm great. Beautifully alone on a large meadow... Highly recommended are the lovely little animals. Both in the pasture and afterwards on the grill😎

Hello Ramona and Marcus We liked it super, hosts were very friendly and helpful, nice quiet meadow with enough space to relax for weekends or longer, a beautiful swimming lake and opportunities for hiking and biking are in the immediate vicinity, we can recommend this place with a clear conscience and would come again.
We have stood 2 nights on the large lawn with our camper. Markus and Ramona are super nice hosts, they have always taken time for our questions. For us it was 2 very quiet and beautiful days .We will be happy to come again

We had two wonderful nights with Marcus and Ramona! The meadow orchard is the hammer and in the surrounding area you can drink and eat something nice in the evening in the pub as well as enjoy nature at the swimming lake. A very beautiful spot on earth, to which we will hopefully return again! We wish them both only the best and thank you for the great time! :)

We really liked it very much at the ostrich farm. We were very warmly welcomed by the parents of Marcus. The whole property is located very idyllic in nature and offers the perfect opportunity to leave the big city trouble behind for a few days. After visiting the ostriches, you can then stock up on specialties in the farm store. We will definitely come back! Thank you!
We were satisfied with the pitch, yet there are some suggestions for improvement to the owners ! WC's expandable, fresh water supply to fetch water is poor ! It also lacks a small "path lighting" to the toilet. We do not recommend this site if you are looking for a pitch with a tent or old-timer caravan !
It was an absolutely great weekend! The pitch is wonderful, the farm offers super many things to discover. The ostriches are really fascinating and the kids especially loved the kittens. Sepp (Marcus' dad) was there for us and super warm and helpful. The farm products are very tasty, we tried our way through meat, bolognese, pasta and ice cream. We will definitely come again.

Very nice contact, we felt very well received. Area is top, who likes to look at stars, definitely recommended, the farm with the ostriches is worth the trip anyway. Absolutely recommended, we will definitely come back again.

Beautiful, quiet place. Great starting point for exploring and then off to the lake around the corner. Sepp and his wife are super warm, helpful and have great tips. The ostrich meat tasted great (if you listen to Sepp's grilling tips). Thanks again for the 'tractor help'.

Gladly again at any time. We had a wonderful evening on the ostrich farm Chiemgau. The farm is beautifully located and there is so much to discover on and around the property!
Everything was very uncomplicated, we could simply stand on the lawn that is intended for camping and help ourselves to electricity. Especially nice is the fruit meadow with hammock, slackline and deck chairs.
A great experience for the whole family. We felt very comfortable and will be happy to come back! Marcus and Ramona are very loving. 💕

Clear recommendation...definitely book! Very nice pitch meadow...toilets are very clean and there are small guest towels and toilet paper.... In the small farm store you can get goodies around the bouquet.... Very nice hosts...we will definitely come back when we are around 😊

It was so wonderful and quiet in this little spot somewhere in the middle of nowhere. Ramona and Marcus are super nice and we felt incredibly comfortable. The small forest bathing lake just around the corner and the rustle of the corn fields outside the door. Wonderful.
We camped on a fallen fruit meadow. It was very nice! Many opportunities to play for the children.
Great stay at the ostrich farm, for us with two toddlers ideal because spacious, plenty of room to romp and explore. Can recommend the farm and we will certainly come again soon 🤗
We had a very nice and relaxing time with Ramona and Markus. Both are warm and very friendly hosts. We have felt very comfortable. The pitch is on a meadow behind the barn with a beautiful wide view over the fields and forest. The toilet was clean. In the farm store there are great products from the ostrich (steak, Würschtl,...) and pasta, eggs and especially very good ice cream.
We were 3 nights on the beautiful farm of Ramona and Marcus and had a great time. The pitch is very spacious and especially important:-) all products in the farm store are top! Filet / steak / liver sausage from the ostrich you simply must have tried! Thank you again to you - we will certainly come again.

Our stay was absolutely brilliant - from the very nice host family, to the beautiful pitch including the toilets, the impressive (for the ostriches could be charged extra admission, like in the zoo, very exciting!), cheeky (Floppy the dog) and very cuddly (the cats Zorro and Nala) animals, to the beautiful surroundings everything was great, even the weather :) Next time we bring our bikes, the hilly counter is perfect for this. - Thank you very much for the wonderful time on your farm, family Scherr!
We felt comfortable from the first moment and enjoyed the tranquility. We will stop here again on our next trip south. We award another sixth star for the four cuddly kittens that have given our children a lot of joy.
We felt super comfortable with Markus and Ramona, who are both very warm! The pitch is with a view of horses, forests and fields and the toilets are great. Markus has even shown us the ostriches and told a lot about it. Who is looking for ostrich delicacies, eggs, pasta and hammer ice cream, will find in the small farm store - and a swimming lake around the corner and super verschmußte cats gibts also. We enjoyed the peace and quiet very much and can recommend the site in any case. Steffi & Jonny
