It was a short stay, but warm and very pleasant. I had the most delicious lemonade at the farm stand—all on the way to the Baltic Sea.
It was just as described. The host was very nice. I’d definitely camp there again.
It was a wonderful experience; the animals were so sweet, and during the week there’s hardly anyone around, so I highly recommend it! I’d love to come back :)
We received a very friendly welcome, were shown everything we needed to know and felt totally at ease right from the start. The donkeys were the absolute highlight for our daughter. They even offered small snacks and drinks with a cash register. We really enjoyed the peace and quiet in the forest.

Second time there, simply beautiful. Very easy to reach on foot and a bit of a hike. Always happy to come back! On the WE you have advantages and disadvantages. You can also buy something to eat from the bistro, coffee and fresh pretzels the next morning. But it's very busy with families walking past. I would give it a try during the week if you want more peace and quiet :)
We have spent one night at the place. The host is very kind and the place is nice and calm. Toilets are clean. The tent area is right in the donkeys coop, so you can hear them in the night when they are grazing the grass, but it is not too much disturbing. The site is not accessible by car, but it is possible to park the car approximately 1,2 km (15-20 minutes) from the place. Nice area for walks or cycling.
The communication with Franzi was very pleasant and the place is idyllic! I traveled from Berlin without any problems and Franzi made me feel very welcome. There is drinking water, tables and seats, clean toilets. The campsite is also perfect: very quiet (the meadow is in the middle of the forest), there is shade and cute two donkeys. I will definitely be back!

Friendly welcome, everything you need available. Great donkeys, sheep and dogs. A great place for children (and adults too). We felt very comfortable!

Everything was great. Honestly, I'd love to come back regularly. If you have dogs then you can have beautiful hikes around the area.
The description fully corresponds to the meadow we found: There were 2 nice donkeys, plenty of seating in front of the gate and clean toilets / water / beer from the hostess's cellar. We would love to come back!

It was amazing vacation with my family for my birthday, with amazing nature and animals. Franziska’s mother is a very nice lady, thank you so much for the opportunity to rest and relax at the highest quality level! I would like to come back 100% again! The best place ever!
We have spent quite spontaneously with our two children one night with our tent on the paddock. Everything was as described, we had a great time. Camping with donkeys and sheep, nice hostesses, in addition, a fire bowl was ready, which we have used in September with slowly emerging autumn temperatures with pleasure. We will be happy to come again.

Out of nowhere...comes this beautiful, relaxing property. After a 25km hike and a little exhausted, I was so happy to end up at Franziska's house. The mom explained to me where everything was. My pitch with the two donkeys and the three sheep. Pure nature. Toilets perfect and an extra request was also made possible. A wonderful morning conversation with Franziska's mom and a personal guide to the ideal path for my next stage. What more could you want. Thank you very much. Due to last minute complications, we were unable to make our trip. However, Franziska was very understanding and helpful; she is very friendly and quick to respond. I am sure that anyone who camps at the Donkey Paddock will not be disappointed!

We really enjoyed camping at the donkey paddock with Franziska. She was very friendly and accommodating and the site was quiet and well equipped. The donkeys were super cute too. We would definitely go again.

We suddenly planned a trip and camping on the donkey paddock seems cozy on the internet. Beautiful path, very quiet place, animals everywhere <3 Franziska is a very cool, benevolent person. It takes no more than 1 hour that we felt at home. We stayed only 2 days and already connects with the place. Looking forward to our next trip!
We hiked through the enchanted Briesetal valley to the old forester's lodge. The forester's house is beautifully located in the forest. The hostess is very nice and helpful, we felt very welcome. The highlight are the two donkeys with whom you share the meadow. We will be happy to come back!

We went by bike from Berlin. Wonderful route and a really great, relaxing place. The two donkeys are very nice contemporaries just like Franziska and her mother. It was a nice little adventure.
We liked it so much at Franziska's donkey meadow. A large meadow with lots of choice to put the note. Two sugary sweet donkeys, many chickens and sheep. Located right next to the forest and hiking trails. In a dreamlike landscape. Food and drinks at the snack bar. Clean toilets. Very nice hosts. The kids were very enthusiastic. And so were we. We will be happy to come again.

A very great place to stay and spend the night! Franziska is a great hostess who explains everything important. At the snack bar you are supplied very tasty. And once the other hikers are home, you hear only the donkeys, sheep and birds. Certainly not the last time we stopped by here. Many thanks
A great and secluded area. We set ours up in the middle of the donkey paddock and were visited regularly by the donkeys and chickens. The kids loved it. We will be back again!
Our trip to the donkey paddock was wonderful. A small distance to walk - perfect for the little daughter (3) and then Charlie and Blümchen plus the little sheep as a reward. The paddock is large and depending on the weather you can find shade. Nearby is a romantic stream with a small bridge. Franzi is a super host! Tip Top! Maybe times to a children's birthday :) !!
The donkey paddock is very idyllic in the forest. We felt very comfortable between Blümchen and Charly, the two donkeys, who curiously sniffed our camping equipment. Franzi showed us everything and we were even allowed to pick cherries from the tree :) In any case, we will be back!
The forester's lodge stands on a large clearing in the middle of the forest. I was warmly welcomed and was simply allowed to choose a nice spot for my tent on the donkey paddock. I immediately felt comfortable and well entertained. The snack bar holds, for example, delicious sausage from the game ready and there is also a toilet. The two donkeys are super sweet and like to be scratched behind the ears. So everything there...
A great atmosphere in a quiet location. Hosts made sure that nothing is missing. And Charly the donkey snuggled into our heart. Great location. Highly recommended 😊

Such a beautiful campsite hidden in the Briesetal! We biked here from Berlin and had a great weekend. Wonderful hosts, hiking and biking trails, and they sell food and drinks to hikers so if you are so inclined you can grab a cold or hot drink and meet these other hikers. The place where you spend the night is the fenced donkey pasture. It is a huge pasture where you can be as close or as far from the donkeys as you want. The donkeys themselves were very calm and very sweet. This is a great experience for anyone who likes animals and a little more space than a traditional campground. All this was a big plus for us.
It was a very nice stay. The meadow is wide and beautiful, and the donkeys a nice addition. :) Franziska is a very good hostess. Everything explained, and very flexible and accommodating - thank you for the chair. :) I look forward to the next stay.
