Öko.See.Dorf has set itself the goal of developing cooperative housing projects for people who want to realize a culture of communal living and self-determination together. THE IDEA is to create various Öko.See.Dörfer in the Lake Constance/Upper Swabia/Allgäu/Black Forest region in the future, which share a common vision and operate in different locations with different focuses. What is there to say ABOUT US? In recent years, we have developed into a group with a solid core. Development is the right keyword, because we have already overcome a few hurdles and that has made us what we are today. But we don't want to remain alone. That's why we're looking for people who want to join in and make our village life more colorful.

A really lovely place with very friendly hosts; the farm shop is great, and they serve delicious coffee there, too. It’s a beautiful area for hiking or taking a stroll. Highly recommended!
Very straightforward. I'd definitely do it again!
It’s easy to get to from the highway, and it’s the perfect spot for anyone who likes things simple, rustic, and close to nature. There are plenty of great places to go for a walk in the surrounding area. We had little to no contact with the locals, but then again, we arrived quite late and left early.
As described. Super quiet. Driveway a bit narrow for wider vehicles
OK in principle. However, the access road is a bit narrow, especially with a caravan. A bit of pruning would be helpful to see the stones on the side. The highway is relatively loud.
We ended up there at short notice for an overnight stay, everything was very uncomplicated!
As described, the place is very natural. I would describe contact with the residents as cordial and friendly. Would come again. With a fully-fledged camper perhaps for several days, but with our roof tent only for transit. Kind regards, Florian
Great place under trees, with an outdoor shower, separate toilet and electricity box. Eva gave us instructions and explained everything, which was very helpful. She was available for questions and kindly lent us an extension lead. We stayed one night, slept very well and really liked the spot. Thank you very much.
A beautiful place, Everything is as described. Very friendly hosts, uncomplicated handling. The chickens were there every day at the breakfast table, just great. We would love to come back next year. Keep up the good work, best regards Monika & Hans
We had two very pleasant nights there. The farm store has a great selection. The place is very nice and we felt very comfortable. There is a dry separate toilet and even a shower with cold water. We also made a campfire. Many thanks for the lovely stay.
We were saved from heavy rains on our long trip by the host, they offered us some extra roof for our tents. Otherwise everything as described, would recommend this stay
We had deliberately booked the alternative camp as a pitch for 1 night on our trip. The pictures are outdated. Absolutely nothing against alternative, but at least the pitches should be free of branches, high weeds, i.e. a little "tidy". Otherwise very quiet. The landlords are friendly. Once there, but not again.
All residents were very friendly and helpful, the place was very large and according to the description. Very good location for cycling and hiking. I will gladly come back again.
We really enjoyed our stay at the campsite. The location is beautiful - in the middle of nature and yet easily accessible. We particularly liked the friendly atmosphere. The toilet is very clean. All in all, it was a relaxing and enjoyable two days. We would love to come back.
Super relaxed stay! We rented all the pitches as a small group and had a great time there. Also very exciting for small children. Chickens, sandpit, fire pit...
Unfortunately, the weather didn't allow us to stay longer. But we had a wonderful day in the shade of the trees and in a wonderful, well-kept environment! We found very clean composting toilets, running water and lots of peace and quiet here. We will definitely be back. Thank you very much for your hospitality! You have created an enchanting spot on earth.
We found exactly what we were looking for. Lots of nature, peace and simple camping. When we arrived we were greeted in a very friendly manner, no briefing is necessary, three pitches (one of which is really huge), separate toilet, campfire site and water connection. Thanks to the many trees, there is always shade somewhere (and plenty of sun). So if you are looking for a simple site close to nature, this is the place for you. We didn't hear the highway at all, only when walking through the forest. We would love to come back!
Many thanks to Jochen, one of the co-founders and on duty in the members' store yesterday. He was very friendly and helpful. He is a wonderful person to talk to. Apart from that, the community still seems to be very busy with itself. Services such as electricity and separate toilets had to be requested and were sometimes not prepared for registered visitors. But we are well-meaning and believe that things will settle down.
The pitch itself is close to the highway and ok for a short time. Unfortunately, there is no hot water and shower (yet?). The residential project is versatile with an organic food store, kindergarten, nursery and some seminars. ... 👍🏼
A beautiful place under the trees. Very pleasant atmosphere. Fresh water, electricity and separate toilet available. Also ideal if you are not self-sufficient. Lindau is very easy to reach from here and definitely worth a second trip.
I booked a pitch at very short notice and everything went very smoothly. It was a lovely rustic site, I was there on my own and could keep to myself. It's not far to the nature reserve on the Argen, where you can go for a lovely hike. I liked it very much, I'd love to come again!
The places are great, including the hosts. Completely uncomplicated. We really liked it. However, those who expect a clean place with 5-star toilets are wrong here.

Soweut good. However, the advertisement suggests that you get to see a bit more of the housing project. However, camping and the housing project are strictly separated.
We had a wonderful time on the farm and were very inspired. The atmosphere is relaxed. We felt very welcome with our children and comfortable in the green oasis. Thank you for the nice exchange and the wonderful time!
Good location for walking, cycling and a bathing area is within easy reach. Good parking space, sufficiently shady, good play facilities for children. The toilet is okay. The fresh water situation was a bit annoying, as you always had to fetch water from a little further away to wash your hands and dishes etc. and there was no proper place to dispose of water. We found the communication with the hosts irritating as everyone seemed surprisingly distant. We did not feel welcome.
Very nice place with super nice people. We would have liked to stay longer. Only the composting toilet is a bit strange and a shower would be nice. Otherwise top^^
A beautiful place. Everything was green, the residents were all very nice, helpful and open and always had good tips for hikes and excursions. We were able to relax very well there and would love to come back.

We liked the quiet and rural location. Our 3 children (>1, 8 and 10 years) were very enthusiastic. The great playground and the animals have liked them especially well. The weather could have been a little better but Alexander can't help that. He was always friendly and very helpful as well as everyone else. All in all a great and unforgettable family vacation. Thank you we will definitely come again!

A quiet and special place! The pitch is located in a path, to the end it becomes quite narrow and there is no possibility to turn. Due to the dense vegetation it is very idyllic...
Very nice hosts, we had a nice stay! The pitch was visible from the neighbors, but quiet and beautifully located. Since our children were allowed to use the toys and the grounds, they had a lot of fun and did not want to leave. Delicious cucumbers we were also allowed to take with us. Thank you very much for the wonderful time! We will definitely be back.
Unfortunately, we could not come due to health . Alexander was extremely reliable in the reversal. We will definitely catch up on the stay . Alone for the reliability and friendliness gives five points . Thank you !
We were very satisfied. Friendly host, children were thrilled by play opportunities, good excursions by bike (Argen) or car (Lake Constance).
Very nice site if you have your motorhome under control - reverse parking requires a little skill, but is necessary so that the door is on the right side. We have unfortunately caught very rainy days, which has spoiled our stay a little. The eggs we got as a gift were great. Definitely bring proven means against mosquitoes: when we were there, you were in droves.
Pitch is new and accordingly still rustic, but is to be further developed. Hosts were very friendly and accommodating, have shown us everything and helped. Had privacy, as the pitch is a bit away from the residential house.
