Very nice hostess with an excellent "Hinterland" pitch. Also for our tent trailer.
The location is still fantastic and very relaxing. This time we used the outdoor kitchen and the sauna and were delighted. Gladly again!
everything is fine, the service is above standard. Fridge, kettle available. Nice place near the Pěna river. watch out for mosquitoes.
Babsi is a very friendly and uncomplicated hostess. The kitchen, sauna and fireplace are simply wonderful and relaxed. Next time we absolutely have to take the boats out on the water. Don't forget your mosquito repellent 😉

Who is looking for absolute tranquility, is exactly right there. Very uncomplicated and lovely people we could meet there.
We felt very comfortable on the farm of Villa Eden. It is a rustic place in the middle of nature, which makes you forget the stress of everyday life. Super is the outdoor kitchen with fireplace, which makes it possible to get together with other guests or just drink his coffee for himself. The sauna was also very nice especially on rainy days. We will be happy to come back!
Idyllic and quiet location in the midst of unspoiled nature, ideal for a boat trip on the Peene. Boat can be rented on site. Barbara and Thomas are very kind and attentive hosts and everything else was there what you need, have us despite the weather unfortunately very changeable with us in any case very comfortable, especially thanks to the 3 cute kittens :-) Come again with pleasure, thank you very much for everything!

A small sweet idyllic spot... surrounded by willow trees and unspeakable peace far from hustle and bustle we spent a nice relaxing weekend. A big thank you to the hosts!

A beautiful place, a little out of the way and quiet, idyllic. At night you can hear nature, in the morning you are greeted by sheep, dogs, a cat and a baby goose. You can end the evening by the campfire or in the sauna. A beautiful place. Will be happy to come back :)
We were guests for 5 spring days in the paradise of Barbara and Thomas. Always helpful, friendly we were welcomed into the family circle full of hospitality. The wonderful property of Villa Eden, nestled in the seclusion of the beautiful landscape of the Peene Valley we felt comfortable and at home. From the comfort there was everything we needed as caravan residents. Highest thanks are due to the two for their personal commitment on the day of departure as me out of the blue a heart attack caught. Beside SMH and helicopter crew I owe also Barbara and Thomas possibly my life. For this forever thanks Wilfried Steinmüller, Antje and Richard
Super nice property with old trees and a fruit meadow with swing and hammock to linger. Great hot shower and large outdoor kitchen with good equipment. Gate to property entrance for large campers possibly a problem.
It was beautiful 🌸 in the middle of nature and to switch off just right! The hospitality is just great and we will definitely come again!!! The large fireplace with the outdoor kitchen is practical and totally cozy 🔥 We can only recommend paddling on the Peene, here you really have the feeling of the "Amazon"! Could not arrive due to a breakdown unfortunately. Have immediately informed and also asked if you can move our booking (place was not fully booked on the following days according to own information of the hosts). This has rejected on the phone and kept the full price anyway. Communication was unfortunately rather unfriendly, rude and short. The crowning of the unfriendliness was then that we were rated poorly as guests because we could not arrive (but have paid). Too bad, but was then probably luck in misfortune that we could not arrive.
Hello Barbara, unfortunately we didn't meet, we had a location miscalculation from the distance, so we had to cancel. Thank you that you have shown understanding, you sent us a nice message. Thank you that we could settle this uncomplicated. We will visit the area again and then it will certainly work out. All the best wish the Krügis
Quiet place, nice and cozy. The outdoor kitchen is great, especially for paddlers who are minimalist. You can end the evening wonderfully with a small fire. Infrastructure for cyclists unfortunately very poor, as there are no bike paths. WC/shower clean. Overpriced is the cassette disposal with per time for 2.50€. That should be at a price of 30.00 € inclusive, especially since we do not use chemicals.
A really great and cozy place in a great location with very nice hosts. We are very happy to come back.
The Garden of Eden is lovingly designed by Babsi and Thomas and offers the opportunity to relax very well. The location in the Peene Valley is wonderful to paddle in the beautiful Peene River landscape or to explore the nature reserve by bike. Babsi and Thomas are uncomplicated and friendly hosts. Very relaxed atmosphere, We felt very comfortable and welcome there. You feel like in another world....as the world has stopped. Everything is there...toilet, shower, cooking and washing up facilities. We wanted to do some boating on the Peene, but that would not have been so pleasant because of the wind. Also, in the canal, on which the huge property is located, was very little water. Thus, the insertion of the boat was also poorly possible. The host had offered us a transfer to the Peene, but we have not taken. But for the weather no one can do anything. It was a successful stay. We can recommend the place with a clear conscience. With somewhat larger mobiles it requires some driving skill. Many thanks to the hosts for their warmth and hospitality.
A beautiful spot. Very well maintained and beautifully landscaped. The evening sauna was our personal highlight. The covered fireplace with large outdoor kitchen invite you to socialize. There are even canoes for rent, unfortunately, the wind has made us a dash through the bill, so we could not test them. All in all very recommendable. P.S. With large motorhomes a little tricky to get through the driveway ;)
We felt very comfortable here and would have liked to stay longer. On the premises there are canoes that you can borrow for free as a guest, a small pool and a great outdoor shower. Homemade juices and jams could be purchased for a donation. All around a very nice experience!
We have really felt really comfortable !!! Barbara was always available by phone, so that even in her absence we arrived and were well received ! It is really like in the Garden of Eden .... Our place under the apple tree was great and a cozy spot in the hammock on the first afternoon was a wonderful arrival! Louis and Feeby- two very dear dogs - welcomed us and visited us again and again ! ☺️ Toilet and shower were super clean and the outdoor kitchen with cook , grill, dishes and seating a real highlight! A great way to get into conversation with other guests if you feel like it ! Also the tenants in the house have received us nicely! All around successful, we will be happy to come again !!! Stands with our WoMo for some summer days on the idyllic grounds of Villa Eden of the nice landlord couple. About the open kitchen you come with the other tenants casual conversation. The villa is located a few 100m from the Peene, but has a connection to the river via its own canal, is otherwise outside of Gützkow in the middle of nature (have never heard the roebuck bark so often - otherwise pure peace). Who is looking for deceleration, is right here. Shopping facilities in 1km distance in Gützkow, there you can also swim in the Koserowsee. In the surrounding area we have Menzlin (old Viking settlement 10th century), Anklam (regional museum) and in Tutow the GDR Museum (for East children is what!) viewed. Thank you Barbara and Thomas, we felt very comfortable with you.

A dreamlike, huge, secluded property with direct access to the Peene and very relaxed hosts. If you don't have all the camping equipment with you (or want to take it with you), you'll find everything in the huge covered summer kitchen: gas stove, sink, dishes, cutlery, tables, chairs.... And in the evening a nice campfire burns. We have enjoyed the days very much and are already looking forward to the next time!
Great place on a branch of the Peene. There is a large covered fireplace, 1 bathroom with shower and lots of untamed nature! Do not forget mosquito spray!

Barbara and Thomas have fulfilled a dream with Villa Eden and it is a unique experience to be able to participate in this. Beautiful property with (camping) facilities well above what we had expected. The walking distance to the Peene River, the tranquility and the warm nature of the hosts make a stay in the "Garden of Eden" absolutely recommendable. We are already looking forward to the next time!
