Martin and his friend’s stay was, in a way, unusual. Unfortunately, an incident occurred during their visit in which my sauna was significantly damaged. That was, of course, a shock at first. However, what I would like to emphasize in particular is that Martin immediately took responsibility and did absolutely everything he could to clarify and resolve the damage that had occurred. Communication was open, honest, and solution-oriented at all times. He reacted quickly, was cooperative, and actively worked to find a fair solution. Even though the incident itself is very regrettable, the way he handled it deserves great respect. Mistakes can happen; what matters is how you act afterward. In this case, his conduct was exemplary. Overall, I would say he is a responsible guest who shows character even in difficult situations. Hopefully, we’ll see you again soon
Martin and his buddy stayed with us for a few nights. They were super relaxed, uncomplicated and friendly guests. They left the place in exemplary condition. Gladly again! See you soon guys 🤘
