A very quiet campsite surrounded by nature. A rustic, clean toilet and shower in the garden—perfect for nature lovers. Very friendly hosts.
The parking spot is right next to the host’s (Harry’s) house and is located in beautiful South Tyrol. Harry is a really great and helpful guy who speaks German very well, which of course made communication much easier. The DIY outdoor bathroom is simply designed and serves its purpose. In summary, this parking spot comes highly recommended, and we were very satisfied.
This place is beautiful and Harald is a really great, nice and helpful host. It's a great place with a fireplace, sauna and bathroom - just great! Harald was always available and very helpful. We would love to come back!

To be honest it wasn’t what we expected. This isn’t a one pitch location and another van was there. The photos don’t really show the reality. We left after one night rather than the three we booked. If you want to visit Merano it’s a fair option but the area is busy and the traffic heavy so it’s not a place to tour from.
Absolutely recommendable! We had a great time on Harald's pitch - even though we were only there for one night on our way north from Sardinia. Although he and his family were on vacation, we were allowed to use the pitch spontaneously. We were traveling with two families, a total of three children and even two dogs - everything was completely uncomplicated. Everything you need is on site: a clean shower, toilet, fire pit and a beautiful, well-kept garden to relax in. Especially great: Harald was always available by phone and gave us friendly and uncomplicated support. The location is quiet, the place is very well-kept and you can immediately feel that Harald is there with his heart and genuine hospitality. Thank you very much, Harald - we would love to come back!
Nice quiet pitch close to the city. The bathroom could have been cleaner. The fireplace is very nice. Unfortunately we couldn't use it as the pitch was double booked. We had to stand in the second row directly in front of the house. Harald gave us a nice and uncomplicated briefing. Due to the double booking, he was very accommodating with the price for the overnight stay. That was very fair.
It's a wonderful place, away from the hustle and bustle! We had a wonderful time and can also recommend it as a family with a dog :)
The pitch is very close to the house, but you have a wonderful view of the mountains. The garden is very well maintained and the pitch is level. We didn't have to level it. The city center is within walking distance.
There were three things we didn't like so much, You really stand in front of the host's house on the lawn and can look out onto the terrace. You feel like you're being watched a bit, i.e. you don't really have your own private area. The toilet and the sink are much too close together and you can't really sit down. Would be an advantage if it was described a little more precisely in the advertisement how the pitches are located. Host was very friendly and accommodating.

We couldn't have imagined it any better! Harald prepared us perfectly, gave us a super nice welcome and provided us with great information! The location is fantastic, we were in the center of Merano in a few minutes by bike and felt completely at home! Thank you 🙏🏻
Great hosts, quiet pitch with sanitary facilities, great view of the mountains. You can be in Merano in 10 minutes by bike.
We stayed here for one night. Sanitary facilities are available and clean. There is plenty of electricity available. However, you are not alone on this pitch. There was a second camper right next to us. Unfortunately, our arrival was not really warm, as the host himself was not on site. It was okay for one night but nothing special.
Very nice place in Harald's garden with barbecue area and sanitary facilities - everything you need. Harald and Gerda are very nice and helpful. We can recommend the site to anyone looking for a quiet place to stand. The old town can be reached on foot in 30 minutes.

We had a great stay with the very friendly Harald. The spot is very quiet and idyllic. We wanted for nothing. The sanitary facilities are very clean. We were able to start many activities from here. We would love to come back when we are in the area again.
A wonderful spot on earth! The pitch had everything I needed! The communication with Harald went very well, he is a good host! Merano can be reached on foot in about 15 minutes. I felt very comfortable, thank you :)
The contact was very friendly and uncomplicated. When we arrived at the site everything was also perfect and Harald was very accommodating. The site is in a beautiful location and everything is very clean. I can therefore only recommend the site!

Super nice hosts. Had planned a short father-son trip to Merano. Were there with our 6 meter camper. The pitch is in a very idyllic location, just outside the center of Merano. Everything you need for camping is available on the provate plot. It would even have been possible to visit a sauna. The town of Merano is also within easy walking distance. We were very satisfied and were really lucky with the weather. Even in the middle of March it can be fantastic. But we would love to come back in the summer.

For a trip to Merano super located: directly on the stream with great views of the village Tirol. Very friendly, uncomplicated host! A small deduction currently for the sanitary facilities, which are somewhat remote and not the latest state. But this is currently being worked on.... If we are again in the area, we come back with pleasure.
Wonderfully quiet place with great views of the mountains, wonderful outdoor shower and babbling brook. Uncomplicated and nice hosts. We will gladly come back to Merano. Thank you for letting us be here.
We felt very comfortable and will definitely come again. Great place not far from Merano. Have always got tips for hiking or eating. There were fresh apples 🍏 or wine, juice with cash register of confidence to buy. I can only recommend everyone South Tyrol Merano to make a visit. Love greetings
The stay with Harald was great! Great pitch with the mountains in the background. Short walk to the town (Merano). Sauna and outdoor shower in the garden. Quiet except for the stream, which didn't bother us at all. Thank you Harald for the 2 great days! Best regards from Germany, Sandra & Mario
A really very nice place in the garden. We were received in a friendly manner. The reservation was uncomplicated. The proximity to the center of Merano is also within walking distance in 20 minutes. Only the outdated (which would not be so bad if they had been clean) sanitary rooms (with standing toilet !) give a point deduction. There is an urgent need for action.
Lovingly furnished campers corner in a beautiful quiet garden, there is even a sauna with it, which we could use. Very friendly host, water, electricity, barbecue / campfire, everything included. The "French" toilet/shower is a little further away. If Merano then live here!!! Breathtaking panorama in several directions.

Simply perfect. Super nice hosts, fantastic pitch in the garden (especially the wellness oasis with shower) and very centrally located to the center of Merano. I think we will be back!
The place and the location are really nice to get down and as a starting point for excursions. Harald has given us good insider tips for hikes and sights. All around we felt very comfortable with him and his family. I can only warmly empfehlen☺️
We liked the stay very much and we will be happy to come back! The garden is beautiful and spacious in the middle of greenery with great panoramic views and yet very central to start directly with hikes, for example, to the village of Tyrol or to go to the center of Merano. Harald is very helpful and nice, the shower in the garden with the hammock we have also used with pleasure :-).
A beautiful garden pitch with very nice hosts. Everything is available: Drinking water, electricity, fireplace with barbecue facilities. For colder temperatures there is also a sauna for a fee. Very nice pitch with beautiful panaroma and nice hosts.
We were there for 5 days. The place and the location were great. In 15-20 minutes walk to Merano 10 minutes to Algund. Very nice hosts. Toilet and shower were old but clean. The garden sauna looks great but have not tried it. We will definitely come again.
Moin we could unfortunately not arrive, but hope to make up for it at a later date. Until then once. LG

Beautiful place in the garden near Merano, very great location to go hiking or visit the city. The camper is spacious, electricity, cooking facilities, refrigerator and heating facilities are available if desired. Towels and bedding or sleeping bag must be brought. Was very pleasant and very nice to spend a few days there.
Very nice place in Merano, quietly located in the garden, next door fireplace and even optimal sauna. The city is easy to reach on foot, by bike or with good connections via public transport. Nice starting point for hikes. Harald was very friendly and cordial, we had a great time there. WC and shower are kept very simple and a few meters away, which was okay.

Very warm welcome, you feel immediately comfortable and like at home... Crowning the stay were the garden sauna and a joint Mtb. tour with Harald. Gladly again!
Super place. Harald is super nice and can give great leisure tips. Was certainly not the last time we came. From the approach really camper with a maximum of 6.00 meters recommended
We spent two wonderful days in Merano with Harald. The location of the pitch is ideal, we could easily go to the city as well as directly to the hiking. The ambience in the nursery was great, the view from the site was fantastic. The sanitary facilities could be described as rustic, but for was not a thing at all, just a coherent experience.
We felt very comfortable with Harry and will gladly come back....when the sauna is ready...haha. Super nice and quiet property with a view of Tirol Castle. Thank you for 2 beautiful days in Merano.

Very idyllic quiet place... 🤩 We spent a week here. Super for hiking and cycling. And in the city center of Merano you are also fast.... Thanks to Harald and his family, keep up the good work....
We had a wonderful time at Harald's place! The garden is very nice (amazing views on the mountains, surrounded by apple trees) and a perfect (flat) place to pitch the tent. Harald is very gentle and always ready to give ideas for having a better stay. This place has the advantage to be really near the mountains (perfect for mountain hiking) and at the same time being a good camping place (it's rare to find the combination of both). We hope to come back one day!
Very nice, cozy pitch with H2O, electricity, toilet and shower in the green, yet close to the city center. Extremely nice hosts who always have a few tips for exploring the area. We are very happy to come back.

What an idyllic spot.... We felt very comfortable with Harald and his family. Here you will find a lovingly prepared pitch, with drinking water, electricity, gas grill and seating area. To Merano you need about 20 minutes on foot and also various hiking trails are directly accessible. Conclusion: Recommendable!
