Great place in the countryside. You have a view of these cows and the meadows. There is some play equipment for the children. The toilet is functional and perfectly adequate. The highlight was certainly the campfire in the fire bowl. The only drawback is that there is no barbecue grill. Hauke is a super friendly host and even gave our children a little tour of the farm. All in all, this place is a hit.
We felt very comfortable on our first trip with the roof tent. Our pitch was super nice and the toilet was more than adequate ☺️ The hospitality also deserves six stars. Hauke took great care of us and gave our children a great insight into his work with the animals. Many thanks for everything and see you soon, Tim, Gina, Klara and Paul

My daughter and I had a great evening in the Wichtelgarten. We were given a very warm welcome and the place is really beautiful and lovingly designed. If you just want to relax and unwind, this is the place for you. Sitting comfortably in the 'beach chair' on the small hill, first watching the sunset and then the bats, was particularly beautiful. We can highly recommend the Wichtelgarten and will definitely be back 🙂 Thank you very much!
The pitch in the Wichtelgarten is very nice. We really enjoyed our stay and the children had a great time. We will definitely be back again.
A really nice time out. Simply in nature and nothing disturbs the peace and quiet. The cows look directly over the fence and the rooster wakes you up like in a fairy tale. Like most city dwellers have never had, or we have missed it. Fox and hare say goodnight. There is simply nothing in the immediate vicinity. But that's exactly what we were looking for. Simply great. We also tested the meat. Simply super quality and delicious. We would love to come back! Keep up the good work.
Communication went smoothly. The welcome at the farm was very warm. Our pitch by the pond was beautiful. The whole farm is really lovingly designed. We were given a spontaneous tour of the stables. We will definitely be back if we are in the area again. Oh, and we absolutely recommend the meat from their own farm. Rarely have I eaten such a good piece. Beautifully marbled and a great taste. Dear Kathleen, dear Hauke, We were able to spend a wonderful day in your Secret Santa garden and escape the stress of everyday life. The place is very nice and we could enjoy a super nice little break from everyday life. Great conversations with our hosts and a small campfire has everything super rounded off.
Kathleen and Hauke are super nice hosts! The place is very large and idyllically located between goats, cows and chickens. Our oldest son could immerse himself in country life and there was a fresh egg for dinner from the local chicken. We had a super time and will be happy to come back. See you bal!
A really great place for a break for the whole family. Our son was allowed to help feed the calves and we got a great farm tour from Hauke. There are great play facilities for children and a large covered picnic table. We will definitely come back again!
Such a beautiful place! We were allowed to stay here very spontaneously in autumn rainy weather and it was so fantastic! The covered rainy spot saved us. Our little daughter was blown away and didn't know what to discover first: the cows and calves, goats, chickens or the gnome garden with sooo many ways to play. We enjoyed every second despite the weather and will be back.
The hosts are very nice and warm people. The pitch is as described, very nice and idyllic. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed it very much! We will be back!!!
Nice place with good covered seating. Super friendly hosts. There was a small tour of the farm, where you can also tap fresh milk directly. A small toilet with sink where you can get drinking water is right next door. Feruerholz for the fire bowl was also provided. Gladly again!
It was a great getaway again. Everything you need is there. In addition, warm people and a peace that simply does good. We will certainly come again.
We really enjoyed our stay with a wide view over meadows and forests. The quiet at night, the beautiful pitch near the cow barn and especially the hospitality of Kathleen and her family. It was all loving, clean and very well maintained, so we will be happy to come back.

Beautiful pitch and incredibly nice hosts. Small tour of the adjacent dairy included. Sanitary area very clean. Can be recommended in any case.
The most beautiful place we had so far about Hinterland...Kathleen's father gave us a great tour of the farm, there are various seating options with a direct view of the cow pasture, everything is lovingly prepared and for our three-year-old son there was even a natural playground including swing on an old oak tree on the site. We were very warmly welcomed to the farm and got a great tour around the stables. There are sheep and goats that can be petted and you are really in the middle of nature. The Wichtelgarten offers many different tent sites and is super lovingly designed. I liked the place on a small hill best, where there was also a cozy sun lounger. Throughout the yard you can find cute sitting areas that invite you to relax. The farm owners are very welcoming and are happy to offer you insight into their everyday life and the processes on the farm. We would come back anytime and can recommend the Wichtelgarten to everyone!
Too bad, here only 5 stars go... our first trip with Hinterland was immediately a hit. Kathleen, no the whole family, were extremely friendly and helpful. The place is a dream and lacked nothing. We felt very comfortable here and will definitely come back.
