Very nice hosts with a cozy wine bar, toilets were clean.
Uncomplicated reception. The hosts are constantly trying to make us feel comfortable. The food in the wine bar was very good, the wine also and the place very quiet despite construction site. Pure relaxation. We will be happy to come again.
Very friendly hosts. The view to the front very nice. The rest of the sites were okay. Had imagined it a bit different (vineyard), but is okay for one night.

It was very cozy with the Herbert family, the wine was tasty, the food was delicious and on the square a heavenly silence .... well, next door is also the cemetery :-). To put up an awning on the gravel site was a bit difficult, but also not absolutely necessary. The Fahradweg to Volkach is super passable. On the way there is a well-stocked fishmonger. All in all, a successful stay with nice hosts. Thank you!
Quiet place in the backyard of a wine farm with tavern. View of the courtyard with vines very nice, to the rear not quite so. Very nice hosts and the possibility to stop at the wine tavern.
We liked it very much, quiet atmosphere super nice the two, with a nice wine bar excellent food and the wine very tasty.

Ute and Gerhard are warm hosts. They have a great passion for winemaking. I liked the pitch and the other possibilities.
We were (unfortunately only) passing through the beautiful Franconia and arrived hours too late (shortly before 22h).The reception was very warm and despite already clean kitchen we got a delicious snack with their own wine and sausage.Gerhard and Ute are incredibly hospitable, warm people,who take time for a conversation despite their busy work.We are with wine,grape juice and other delicacies happily driven home.... Thank you for a wonderful time!
Four of us with two campers had a great weekend here. On Friday evening there were cold plates and the first delicious wines, so we have booked immediately for Saturday evening also a table. But in advance Volkach viewed and then searched a few geocaches. We like to come again. Many greetings Marcus and Katja Gilbert

Quiet location. Nice sheltered terrace and on Sunday evening still get good food and good wine. Very nice hosts. Clean toilets.

We have made a stopover at this winery. Everything you need is there - from electricity to toilets. If you are lucky, you get Franconian home cooking and good wine. We enjoyed the evening and morning very much and can highly recommend these pitches

Great place, incredibly nice and fun hosts. Had a wonderful evening with delicious snack, wine tasting and many stories. Dear thanks to Ute and Gerhard for the great evening. Highly recommended also for family with children and dogs. Come again with pleasure.
Place is well organized and the terrain is almost flat, so parking is made easy. On weekends there is tasting in the wine bar. Delicious wine is also available during the week. Unsurpassed is the warmth and helpfulness of the hosts - an introduction to winemaking also included. We will certainly come again!
Ute and Gerhard are friendly and warm hosts. They ensure that one lacks nothing. The attached winery provides great wines, the regional cuisine leaves nothing to be desired, we enjoyed both. The location is great for hiking and biking, both start right at the site. Volkach and the Main River are only 6km away, you can get there quickly to do your shopping. The site is pretty straight, electricity and water is available, the disposal is also solved. We say thank you, wish you maximum health and certainly see you again. Many greetings, the Krügis

Unfortunately on the return trip for only one night stopped at the Herbert family, but the evening in the wine tavern could not be better. Here real regionality is lived and with heart and soul agriculture, viticulture and gastronomy. We will be back ;-)

The pitch is very nice, quiet and everything very neat and clean. The warm welcome and hospitality of Ute and Gerhard were remarkable for us. The wine you have to not only drink but also take away. Thank you for everything , we like to come back , but then on the weekend with delicious food .
Nice landlords, unfortunately no gastronomy in the place
Nice and informative hosts. Interesting place made accessible to strangers by cleverly written information boards Beautiful hiking and biking area. Must see: Volkach by bike. Must drink: Silvaner Kabinett from the vintner. There were two mobiles on the site during our visit, with a third I think it would have been a little crowded. The criticism of another guest wg. the toilets is now not at all to understand. Everything topp. Tip: Arrive when the wine bar is open.
Very nice stay with absolutely nice winemaker couple. Passion and (hospitality) friendliness was top. Wine is super. Next time we try the open wine bar on weekends. We will be happy to come back!
Open and friendly hosts, sunny pitch (gravel and a bit of meadow). Good opportunity to eat on the weekend directly on site in the wine bar. Wine you can also always get.
A big thank you to Ute and Gerhard. Super pitch, great, hosts, very warm welcome. EIn delicious, Franconian evening meal and the matching in-house Silvaner we could enjoy at the camper. Our grandson was totally thrilled by the country life. Absolutely recommendable.
We have felt very comfortable. Friday and Saturday we could enjoy the good food of Ute and Gerhard in the garden of the wine tavern. Also with our two Chi`s nice walks were possible. Since we are self-sufficient, we were able to move to a field on the Main on Saturday. Peace and long walks along the Main have ended the last days. At Gerhard we bought wine and can say it is an excellent wine! We thank Ute and Gerhard for the beautiful days and will surely come again. Regina and Werner

Really very nice pitch, very quiet and the hosts are really great. Delicious food, good wines and always a good-humored Gerhard and a good-humored Ute. We have made a stable tour followed by a vineyard tour with tasting. Highly recommended 👍
Stands for a few days with our WoMo on a pitch at the inn of the landlord, a wine farm in the family business. Very nice people, very helpful, the wine is also very tasty. In the small, medieval town (fortified church!) It is good to walk (pubs were closed because C).
Gerhardt is simply a perfect host. Always friendly and professional. Thus, his wife spontaneously made us dinner, although the wine bar was closed. Gerhardt has made despite his short time with us a 3 hour tour of his mega modern cattle farm and through his vineyards with a subsequent tour and a delicious wine tasting. The two love your job and your guests. We will definitely be back. Silke and Andreas

A very friendly winemaker couple has received us on your farm. During a drive through the vineyards, we learned a lot about the wine and its creation and you could feel the passion of Gerhard for his profession. There are countless sights in the area, some of which can be reached on foot, by bike or even by car. In the evening there was very tasty food from Ute from the inn. We and our campsite neighbors liked it very much and we will be happy to come again. All the best and stay healthy. Greetings Rainer

Simply Super! We (to 3. + dog) were all too super at peace! The area is n dream & the hosts also ... Very friendly people who care very committed ... We were warmly welcomed & everything was very clean and high quality, the wine bar next door would have been certainly good if these ways of the pandemic would not have had to... The campsite is between 3 trees and the pitches for W.mobile are next door.... We will be happy to return and would also recommend it to any family with children, pets, cyclists and all other campers to stop here...
