Charles, James, and their dog Teddie visited me in mid-September. We communicated mostly through the platform and in English. They were very nice and courteous. Unfortunately, on the second day, there was a booking overlap with another guest. However, we were able to resolve the issue to Charles and James’s complete satisfaction.
