A beautiful meadow, sheltered by trees. Apart from the cows and the sound of the wind in the trees, it was completely undisturbed at night. Putting in the tent stakes was super easy. There was a very nice restaurant out front (which couldn't be heard from the meadow).
Spent one night there in a tent. Wilde Wiese is very large and well-maintained, so it was easy to pick a spot—whether close to the trees or right under the open sky. One downside: unfortunately, no one was available to answer questions, either in writing or by phone. I can definitely recommend it.
A courteous and dedicated host. The meadow is really large, surrounded by beautiful old trees and with direct access to a small woods. Even with four groups staying there, we were still able to enjoy our privacy, cook, read, and unwind. Pleasantly quiet in the evenings. Easy check-in and check-out available around the clock. I really enjoyed my first short getaway as an EV camper and would love to come back!
The instructions were very clear, the communication was very friendly, and the site was also very nice. What surprised us, though, was that while 3 spots were advertised, there ended up being a total of 6 groups (including us) there. That made things a bit tight from our perspective. Still, I’d recommend it.
