Was a great place in a great location alone!
We have unfortunately made very bad experiences with this landlord / pitch. When we arrived there, the place was more than overcrowded, it had probably booked a person and brought lots of friends. In addition, loud party music, cars parked in the undergrowth, everywhere garbage, shouting and OPEN fire (in the middle of the forest, mind you). We tried to talk to the people, but finally gave up, because only a part was reasonable. Erwin was not reachable by phone, so we ended up going to a professional campsite nearby and had to pay again. There are photos of all this, nevertheless Erwin neither shows himself reasonable, nor does he refund us the overnight fee. Finally he accused us of lying and said that it had been our decision to leave there. Hinterland as a platform "helps with clarification" only if a complaint is made within 24h, hence the recommendation to do so. We have unfortunately wasted too much time talking to the parties themselves and are now left sitting on the damage. Conclusion: the place itself is very nice, but the landlord wants to "not always be available" and leaves it to chance whether considerate of nature, forest dwellers and other tenants. On site you are on your own.
The place in the forest is very nice and quiet. Apart from us, no one else was there and no walkers passed by. We enjoyed the silence very much - highly recommended for camping in the forest!
It was very nice in the forest. The weather was not optimal, but the rain on the roof was the only noise at night. Thank you for letting me be there.
