A few years ago, we—Corina and Paul—moved from Cologne to the beautiful Eifel region. Since then, we’ve been working on an old, historic half-timbered house and a large garden surrounded by nature.

  • It was really lovely and romantic in Corina’s garden—old fruit trees, vegetables, and flowers—all very natural. The two hosts were very nice, and Corina showed me a beautiful hiking trail to the source of the Erft River. The bathroom was fully equipped, and everything was prepared with great care. Across the street, there’s a café/restaurant open on weekends that I highly recommend. Thank you so much for your warmth—I felt very comfortable there.

  • What an idyllic place. The hosts are wonderful—they love to chat with you and do everything they can to make sure you feel completely at ease and well taken care of. The garden is fantastic and offers many different, cozy spots where you can recharge and unwind. The available bathroom and restroom facilities provide a pleasant extra touch of comfort. Our best experience in the countryside so far.

  • We can definitely recommend it. We had everything we needed, and Corina is very accommodating! And the garden is a real oasis—it’s perfect for relaxing :)

  • Thank you so much, Corina and Paul, for the wonderful stay and your hospitality. It’s a great campsite in the countryside—perfect for relaxing but also for exploring the area. We felt very comfortable there and would love to come back.

  • 10/10, we'd love to come back! The garden is truly beautiful, we had everything we needed, and we felt very welcome!

  • Had an awesome stay here! Cozy, friendly and even could fluently communicate in english. Thank you for this wonderful stay ⛺🙏

  • Corona and Paul are incredibly friendly. You can tell a little that the two of them are still just starting out; they’re visibly nervous and go out of their way to make sure the guests have everything they need. We found that very charming. The property is very rustic and natural, with lots of open meadows and plenty of shady bushes and trees. There are also several places to sit scattered throughout the garden, including two hammocks. Everything is still a bit unfinished, but that actually adds to the charm. Our spot was on a slight slope, but that was easy to adjust; it was also very shady and cool. We brought our 3x4m tent—see photos—and there was still plenty of room to spread out. The two spots in the lower area are level but more exposed to the sun, and they’re the only ones directly accessible by car, van, etc. If you need electricity, you’ll need at least a 20-meter extension cord for the upper spots and 30–40 meters for the lower ones. The restrooms are clean; there were even towels provided, which is something you don’t find everywhere. Another plus is the lake right nearby. All in all, we’re very satisfied. If you’re looking for a peaceful campsite close to nature with great hosts, you’ll find it here.

  • A very warm welcome, both from the hosts and from the enchanting garden property. We parked our car with the rooftop tent at the lower end, next to the vegetable garden. On the other side is the street, which has very little traffic.

  • It was really nice; the hosts were super friendly.

  • A beautiful, peaceful garden with plenty of shade, hammocks, and places to sit. Very friendly hosts. A lovely village square with delicious food and drinks just around the corner.
