Oliver and his wife are very friendly and helpful hosts. We camped in our tent for three nights at Fliederkurve; we also brought our car with us. The ground where our tent stood was mostly sandy with small pebbles. If you want to protect your tent, lay down an extra tarp underneath it. The restroom is lovingly designed. The site is located on a hill; on one side you have a beautiful view, and on the other there are neighbors. The surrounding area is perfect for hiking and biking. At the snack boxes around the corner, you can get candy, ice cream, and savory snacks. The snack bar was closed.
We had a very pleasant and relaxing stay. The campground is well-maintained, and the restrooms are spotlessly clean. We'd love to come back!
A beautiful garden behind the houses with a view of the countryside and very friendly hosts. We were able to take our dog for nice walks and hikes in town and the surrounding area, and the three snack stands along the road offered quite a selection—only the snack bar was closed for vacation. All in all, definitely worth recommending (we stayed for two nights).
We had a really, really wonderful time with Oliver and Julia! The Hinterland is a beautiful, peaceful place that’s perfect for taking a deep breath and going for a walk. Everything was very well-kept and cared for. We felt right at home and can 100% recommend it. We’d love to come back! Thank you both so much 💚

Our stay with Oliver and his wife was exactly what any camper could hope for. A warm welcome, a spot already set up, and amenities including a toilet, sink, towels, soap, and electricity—plus torches lit under the full moon in the evening—you couldn’t ask for more. The surroundings are very peaceful and perfect for walks—with or without a dog—bike rides, or swimming in the nearby lake. We highly recommend it.
It’s a large, quiet garden in a residential village neighborhood with immediate neighbors. There’s a designated parking spot on the property, and the restroom isn’t far away. There are many places to hike in the surrounding area, and you have a beautiful view of the fields.
A very warm welcome; everything was just as described—clean and tidy. There are many lovely spots that invite you to linger. A quiet spot, yet close enough to be the starting point for great adventures.

Oliver and his wife are wonderful, warm hosts. The property is beautifully situated with a view across the fields to the lake and on the edge of the forest (which is still under development). Oliver also has great tips on nearby swimming spots and a trip to Eutin.
Communication with Oliver went smoothly. The spot was just as described. We especially liked the lovely plants around the campsite. Our son loved the fire pit and the trampoline.
