A beautiful spot on Lake Chiemsee. From the rooftop tent, you can even see the lake. Sieglinde was very friendly; she provided all the necessary information via message, so we had no trouble finding our way around.
Everything was great. Very quiet and relaxing. Just a short walk to a secluded beach. I'd love to come back. ☺️

We stayed for one night with the very friendly and helpful Sieglinde, just a 5-minute walk from Lake Chiemsee. Our host even found the perfect spot for our 13-meter trailer combination—nestled among horses, chickens, and three other campers. An idyllic place to relax!
After we submitted our booking request, the confirmation arrived within 30 seconds—an absolute record! Even though it was peak season, Sieglinde assigned us a lovely spot with a view across a horse pasture to Lake Chiemsee and, to the southwest, of the Kampenwand. Many campers use the site only briefly as a stopover, but we liked it so much that we spontaneously decided to extend our stay, which was no problem at all.

We didn’t meet Sieglinde in person, but found everything just as described. It’s located on a beautiful meadow, next to a horse paddock not far from Lake Chiemsee. The shore there is completely undeveloped, and you have as much space as you want. (Of course, due to the water level, some parts of the shore have dried up, which makes the space feel even more expansive.) We experienced an indescribably beautiful sunset, just like in a picture book.

A beautiful lot with access to the lake.
Great campsite. Wonderfully peaceful, yet somehow central. The lake is just a few minutes away. Plus, there’s a supermarket within a 10-minute bike ride. We’ll definitely be back.
A very beautiful location and extremely friendly hosts. The close proximity to the lake was also great. The only downsides for us were the noise from the country road and the fact that it was advertised as having a maximum of 3 spots, but there were actually 5 campers there in the end. That took away some of the “farm charm” and made it feel more like a campground. Still, it’s a great spot and we’d definitely come back!

The owners were very friendly and helpful. The campsite itself is quiet and beautifully located. However, I’m deducting one point for the description “100 m to Lake Chiemsee,” which I find misleading. While this distance is roughly accurate as the crow flies, you actually have to take a significant detour because of a private property in between. The walk is therefore considerably longer than the description suggests. In my opinion, the campsite would be described much better with a more realistic estimate.

We stayed with Sieglinde at Lake Chiemsee for one night and had a wonderful time! We were given a very warm welcome, and for breakfast we had eggs from the farm's own chickens. We'd love to come back! :)
A beautiful, quiet spot with an adjacent horse pasture. We were there with our trailer. The path across the meadow is probably difficult for a trailer when it's wet.

We had a wonderful stay with Sieglinde. She is a very friendly and generous host. The campsite is idyllically situated among walnut and fruit trees, right next to the horses, with a beautiful view of the lake. A great, secluded beach and nature reserve are just a few minutes’ walk away. The only thing is that you can sometimes hear cars passing by on the country road behind the farm at night. Still, it’s a quiet and very idyllic spot that we’d gladly recommend to others.

It's a nice, quiet spot with a view of the lake and horse pastures. It’s a great starting point for bike rides. The access route goes along a gravel path and then across a meadow where the grass is very tall. Unfortunately, the grass hadn’t been mowed where we were standing. That wasn’t so nice. Otherwise, it’s a nice spot.
