We spent two nights at Andreas’s place and really enjoyed it. We received a very warm welcome. The campsite is a great starting point for hikes. There’s also a bus stop practically right around the corner. It was also very kind of them to let us charge our cell phones. We definitely recommend this spot! Thank you!
We can only say good things about it. A super-friendly welcome, a really great campsite—everything is level, and the lawn is very well-maintained. One night was way too short. We highly recommend it! Best regards, Kerstin & Dirk
We felt right at home staying with Andreas. He’s a very friendly and accommodating person. The place is conveniently located near great hiking trails, yet it’s still wonderfully quiet.

Had a very pleasant stay. A good flat surface for the tent and a nice table available for dinner. The night sky was absolutely astonishing, highly recommend anyone who visits to take a moment to look at the stars.
A really lovely spot with a fire pit. Hiking trails right around the corner. Andreas, the host, is a real gem. He puts so much passion into his woodworking shop—you can really feel the warmth of his craftsmanship. We had a wonderful stay. We highly recommend it. A really beautiful campsite on a meadow under fruit trees right by the river. A hiking trail runs through the Polenz Valley right past the campsite, so Saxon Switzerland is perfect for hiking. Andreas is super nice and helpful with any questions or practical matters. A quick tip for getting there: Don’t hesitate to drive into the industrial park across from the Frinztalmühle hiking parking lot (on the other side of the small stream)—you can see it on the map—that’s how you’ll get there. We’d love to come back!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful and idyllic campsite. The location couldn’t be better: absolutely quiet, wonderfully secluded, and situated right next to a babbling brook as well as directly on the hiking trail to the Brand-Baude. Perfect for anyone seeking nature and relaxation in the national park! The host’s warmth and hospitality are hard to beat. We were greeted in a super friendly and personal way, received great hiking tips for the area, and the helpfulness was simply top-notch. Our dog felt right at home here, too (which is especially important to us). It really couldn’t have been better. We’ll definitely be back and can wholeheartedly recommend this spot to every camper! Thank you so much for the wonderful time!

A nice, central location. Ideal for exploring Saxon Switzerland from there. The host, Andreas, is very friendly and knows the region really well. There's running water and an electrical outlet. We'd love to come back!

You couldn’t ask for a better spot! A beautiful private meadow in an idyllic setting right by the stream and directly across from the hiking trail into Saxon Switzerland. Accessing the site and parking our van and trailer was a breeze. The host was super friendly and helpful. Highly recommended for all hiking enthusiasts!
