The long weekend at Thilo and his wife’s place was great. Everything was just as described—the dike right in front of us, and peace, peace, and more peace. The Elbe just flows along. If you like, you can go swimming, though we didn’t get in the water. We spotted various bird species, deer, and even a pair of otters. We really enjoyed our time there. Thank you very much

This very special spot, right on the Elbe embankment, was wonderful—just as peaceful as described. Everything went smoothly, even though we were very late arriving. We were Thilo’s first guests and really enjoyed our time there. We’d love to come back anytime!
