The guest was quiet and left the place clean. The guest made no attempt to communicate on site, either in person or by cell phone, either on arrival or departure. That's not a big deal in itself, but unfortunately, the guest later complained in their review that there was no sign for the bathroom and that they couldn't find it. We could have solved this "problem" on site if we had known about it.
