We had a wonderful and relaxing stay! The shepherd’s wagon is furnished with great attention to detail and offers a dreamlike atmosphere. A real highlight for us was ice bathing in the river, followed by a soak in the fire-heated outdoor tub. Our daughter was warmly welcomed at the horse and donkey stable next door; she got to really pitch in and spend a lot of time with the animals. We felt completely at home, thanks in part to the very pleasant and easy communication with Jutta. Thank you so much!
The shepherd's wagon is a great way to relax in nature, and floating down the Brenz River is a ton of fun. The whole atmosphere lets you forget about everyday life.
We had a very nice time in Jutta's lovingly furnished shepherd's wagon. From our arrival to our departure, we had very warm and appreciative contact with our hostess. Nothing is missing in the shepherd's wagon - in fact, there are even lovely little things that you wouldn't expect: Wood provided (including kindling and tinder to light the fire immediately), a small selection of tea and drinks to welcome you, but also an interesting selection of books and many other heartfelt things with beauty in the details bring a smile to your face and remind you to leave this place just as beautiful as you found it. As you walk around, you can literally imagine how much time, effort and creativity has gone into this place. The stable tour, where we got to know and feed the horses and donkeys, is just one of the little nice things about this place. In conclusion, I can only say: This place and its owner are very special. ☺️
